(But it definitely depends!)

Most of the people have “endless” words/desire to speak. Some people will die if they don’t speak for that matter. 

Undoubtedly, “speaking” is necessary where/when necessary and not necessary where/when it is not. As said earlier, it definitely depends. We need to speak out at the right time and at the right place. That’s very important/enough.

Your speaking should have some “purpose/meaning”. It should involve matters/views/ information and thereby it should serve some purpose/meaning as it reflects you/your character.

Words like “How are you?” / I am fine / Thanks are just “formals”. Your “smiles” will do.

Our “words” have “value” and hence we need to pay “attention” to our words. 

Mere “speaking” needs to be replaced with “sharing/communicating” to become meaningful/purposeful!

It is always better to “do” rather than “speak”. So, speak “actions”!
